1. I think Tree-ear acked in a decent manner, because he was just trying to help himself. At the same time I think that he did not make the right choice, because he was being sort of selfish.
2. I think that he is telling Tree-ear that the rich already know how to live but we[the poor] need to learn how to live.

I think Tree-ear acted in a decent manner because he alerted the farmer before all of his rice fell out of the hole in his sack. I think Tree-ear is poor too so he doesn't have much to eat.
I think Crane-man is wise and saying that Tree-ear and him need to figure out what the world is "saying" to us.

1) I don't think Tree-ear acted in a decent manner because he was going to take the rice for himself. He shouldn't have because it was the man's rice.
2) It means they have to learn the world by themselves, without school or education.
It wasn't really rude, but it wasn't really nice either. You shouldn't have to think about somthing that simple.
He means that rich learn how to live, but the poor must teach themselves.

Yes because he might have needed that rice really much.
I think Crane-man is telling him that some people already know how to live but we need to find what we need to live.
